System of professional-digital competencies of a teacher ofahigher pedagogical educational institution

The article is devoted to the problem of substantiation integral target orientation preparation future teachers institutions higher pedagogical education for professional activity in conditions digitalization society: systems their professional-digital competences. main conceptual idea put forward: competencies a teacher educational institution are isomorphic dependence on his/her functions and form holistic system - reference model landmark digitalized process graduate postgraduate studies. integral-functional dimension describes procedure establishing set updated digital environment ofa university. following criteria search outlined: 1) specifics thefunctional content types teaching activities, taking into account digitization education; 2) subject teacher's relations with public life; 3) nature relevant links. According all unity, three core professionally defined defined: heuristic-digital, managerial-digital self-development-digital. To these added purely instrumental general executive-digital, technical-digital function compliance security.
 differences between concepts "professional-digital" "digital" competence emphasized. concept as interconnected components, adequate certain environment, formulated. heuristic-digital aspect (competencies areas innovations, personal development, particular, worldview existential orientation, etc.); managerial (competence diagnostic prognostic, motivational, design, organizational, stimulating control functional nature); self-development-digital (important personal, professional-cultural development competence); culture (digital competencies, highlighted literature, important information retrieval, reception, processing output, use basic application software, solving technical problems, data protection, copyright, etc.)
